SALTY GODDESS MEDIA CLIENT AGREEMENT This Agreement is made between:Salty Goddess Media ("Company") and the undersigned Client ("Client"). By engaging with the Company, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. MEDIA OWNERSHIP & USAGE RIGHTS Ownership: Unless otherwise stated in writing, Salty Goddess Media retains ownership of all photos and media produced. Clients receive a license for personal or commercial use as agreed upon in their selected package. Watermarking & Unauthorized Use: Unpaid or draft images may contain a watermark. Unauthorized removal or alteration of this watermark is strictly prohibited. Commercial Licensing: Clients may not resell or redistribute images without written permission unless such rights have been explicitly purchased. Promotional Use: Salty Goddess Media reserves the right to use images for promotional, portfolio, and marketing purposes unless the Client explicitly opts out in writing before the project commences. 2. REVISIONS POLICY Clients are entitled to [X] free revisions within the scope of their package. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at [$X] per revision. Revisions include minor edits (color correction, cropping, minor retouching). Extensive modifications (background changes, major retouching) require an additional quote. 3. PAYMENT TERMS & REFUND POLICY A non-refundable deposit of [$X] is required to secure services. The remaining balance must be paid before the final delivery of images. Cancellation Policy: If the Client cancels after work has begun, the deposit is forfeited, and additional fees may apply based on the work completed. No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of digital media services, all sales are final once work has begun. 4. TURNAROUND TIME Standard turnaround time for final edits is [X] business days from the date of the shoot or receipt of assets. Expedited processing is available for an additional rush fee of [$X]. Delays caused by late client feedback, missing assets, or lack of communication may extend the turnaround time. 5. LIABILITY WAIVER FOR CLIENT’S EQUIPMENT Salty Goddess Media is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any client-owned equipment (phones, cameras, memory cards, accessories, etc.). The Client assumes all risks associated with using their personal devices for media capture. Digital File Security: The Company is not liable for data loss due to unforeseen technical failures or accidental deletion after final media delivery. Clients are advised to back up all media upon receipt. 6. MODEL & PHOTO RELEASE The Client grants permission for the Company to use captured images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing. If privacy or exclusivity is required, the Client must submit a written request prior to final delivery. Additional fees may apply for exclusive-use licensing. 7. INDEMNIFICATION The Client agrees to hold Salty Goddess Media harmless against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from the use of photos, including copyright disputes, defamation, or misrepresentation. 8. FORCE MAJEURE Salty Goddess Media is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or non-fulfillment due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, equipment failure, power outages, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. 9.
